About the Role
We are seeking a talented Events and Community Officer to join our team at Smyth&Co Not for Profit. As an Events and Community Officer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing events that support our fundraising goals, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with our community supporters.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute complex events and projects. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
* Design and implement events that support our fundraising goals
* Develop and maintain relationships with community supporters

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in event planning or a related field
* Strong project management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
