In this critical role, you will contribute to maintaining a culture that develops and supports staff and teams, ensuring high-quality healthcare for everyone we serve. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading transformational change and supporting impactful quality improvements for patients and teams across Devon.
  • Developing and implementing plans to strengthen improvement at the Royal Devon, aligned with the new national improvement approach, NHS IMPACT.
  • Managing service improvement activities and projects, working closely with senior leaders and multi-disciplinary clinical and non-clinical teams.
