We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Domestic Abuse Help Line Specialist to join our team at 4Recruitment Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing critical support and guidance to individuals affected by domestic abuse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide initial contact and support to individuals seeking help for domestic abuse
- Assess risk and needs of individuals, prioritizing those at highest risk of harm
- Work with partners to establish immediate safety and provide referrals to appropriate services
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with partner agencies and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Hold an IDVA qualification or relevant degree
- Substantial experience working in the field of domestic abuse
- Enhanced DBS
