About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Kido. As a Level 3 Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and inspiring learning environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the unique needs of each child are met
  • Communicate effectively with parents, children, and colleagues to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Observe and assess children's progress, setting individualised goals and celebrating achievements

  • A competitive salary of up to £28,750 for full-time, 40 hours per week
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days after 5 years service

Requirements
  • A relevant childcare qualification, level 2 minimum
