About the Role

As a key member of the Aliaxis UK team, the Continuous Improvement Lead will drive and lead the continuous improvement initiatives within the Logistics team and wider Supply Chain operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, implementing changes, and monitoring results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to refine and analyse data to provide direction on improvement programs
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement based on Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Conduct regular reviews of network and material flow and prepare recommendations to the leadership team
  • Lead 5S activities for Logistics and wider Supply Chain and represent within company-wide coordination meetings
  • Work with colleagues to develop a pipeline of achievable business improvement initiatives capable of delivering agreed targets and manage delivery of initiatives within agreed timescales and financial targets
  • Manage deployment of the Business Improvement Programme to full maturity, using Process Confirmations to measure and drive adoption
  • Ensure Health and Safety at all times, setting an example of best practice and adherence to global standards

Requirements

  • Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green certification preferred)
  • Experience of delivering results using Business Improvement techniques within a logistics or supply chain environment and developing a strong logistics data process in an SME
  • Demonstrate effective leadership skills, leading teams through business process changes and site improvement plans
  • Skilled in analytical software plus competent user of Microsoft Office suite
