About Our Trust Tax Team

At PKF-Francis Clark Chartered accountants & business advisers, we're committed to delivering exceptional tax compliance services to our personal tax clients, including trust and high net worth individuals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage a portfolio of trust cases and high net worth individual clients, providing expert tax advice and guidance.
  • Draft comprehensive reports and letters on tax planning, including inheritance tax, residence, and domicile, as well as UK trusts.
  • Undertake capital gains tax advice on property, shares, and other assets, and prepare CGT 60-day reporting for UK residential property.
  • Provide compliance services, including preparing self-assessment tax returns and computations, to ensure our clients meet their tax obligations.
  • Deliver trust and inheritance tax compliance services, ensuring our clients are in compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Request, collate, and maintain client information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Correspond and deal confidently with client inquiries, providing clear and concise advice.
  • Maintain direct contact with clients, HMRC, solicitors, and other professional services firms, to deliver an exceptional client service.

About You

  • Previous experience in a tax compliance role, with a strong background in drafting reports and providing tax advice.
  • ATT or CTA qualified (or equivalent) with up-to-date technical knowledge and a deep understanding of compliance standards imposed by regulatory authorities.
  • Organized and able to plan time efficiently, with a focus on meeting deadlines, particularly during the January tax return season.
  • Professional and discreet in demonstrating client care, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
