About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Crime Assistant Director to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the identification and management of financial crime risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Crime Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential financial crime risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Policy Development: Implement robust policies and procedures to prevent financial crime and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to manage financial crime risks and provide advice and guidance on financial crime matters.
  • Training and Development: Oversee the delivery of financial crime training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to prevent financial crime.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor regulatory developments in financial crime and ensure that our organization remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of managing financial crime risks in a business services environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
