We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Contract Success Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (25 hours per week, Monday to Friday). This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new suppliers and the seamless transition for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the registration process for suppliers, guaranteeing a smooth transfer for new meters, renewals, and terminations.
  • Proactively monitor supplier termination deadlines and ensure compliance with notice periods.
  • Support the procurement of customer Letters of Agreement (LOAs) as needed to facilitate registration activities.
  • Submit essential forms for contract initiation, including DD forms and ECD forms, for various suppliers.
  • Conduct pre-registration checks before objection and termination windows close, identifying potential issues with debt or contracts that could hinder transfers.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for objections, logging them in the system, understanding the reasons, and collaborating with suppliers, service teams, relationship managers, and customers to resolve them promptly.
  • Perform 'go-live' checks once a supply is scheduled to commence, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining updated records, including late starts and their reasons.
  • For customers on fixed-fee or retainer agreements, ensure accurate record updates for timely and precise invoicing, providing support as required.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records for all stakeholders using appropriate systems and processes.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document processing, call handling, quality sampling, data analysis, problem-solving, process mapping and testing, and assistance during training.
