Zenergi is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and successful registration of customer contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Supplier Onboarding: Ensure all processes relating to the successful registration of suppliers are complete, resulting in smooth transfers for new meters, renewals, and supplier terminations.
- Contract Monitoring: Proactively monitor supplier termination deadlines and ensure the portfolio has met its obligations regarding notice.
- Customer Support: Provide first-line support for objections, logging them on the system, understanding the reasons, and working alongside the supplier, service team, relationship managers, and customer for a timely resolution.
- Contract Administration: Complete 'go live' checks once a supply is due to start, ensuring all has gone smoothly, and keeping records up to date, including logging late starts and reasons.
- Financial Management: Ensure relevant records are updated to ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing, and support this process as required.
- Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records on behalf of all stakeholders, using the appropriate systems and processes.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, processing documents, call handling, quality sampling, data analysis, problem-solving, mapping, and testing processes, and providing assistance during training.
- Accuracy: High level of accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Previous Experience: Previous customer service and data entry experience would be beneficial.
