About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organised individual to join our team as a Care Team Coordinator. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our homes.

Responsibilities will include managing the homes diary, processing mail and invoices, and providing administrative support to our Home Managers. You will be the friendly voice on the other side of the phone, providing a warm and welcoming service to our residents and their families.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a good level of IT skills. You will also need to be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
