About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Regional Housing Officer to join our team at Advance. As a Regional Housing Officer, you will be responsible for providing effective tenancy and resident management in line with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tenancies and residents in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Deal with anti-social behavior, tenancy breaches, and changes in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Ensure safeguarding and complex cases are managed in accordance with legislation and internal policies and procedures.
  • Maximize income through effective rent account management.
  • Manage void properties to ensure they are let and maximize rental income.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and other key stakeholders to ensure effective housing services.
  • Play a key role in helping tenants maintain their tenancies.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office and Open Housing or similar database systems.
  • Full, current driving license and access to a vehicle.
