Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our Security Management Centre team as an SMC Support member. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining security and providing exceptional support to colleagues.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the correct level of contact is made to Operational and security teams for effective incident response.
  2. Carry out weekly safety checks in Ladbrokes Coral shops, focusing on CCTV audits, procedural audits, phone surveys, or data analysis.
  3. Provide assistance to the third-party ARC when required and complete relevant reporting.
  4. Monitor company premises and property using installed security systems.
  5. Control and monitor access to premises and property while handling unauthorized access.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
