About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Holistic Spa Therapist to join our team at a luxurious country club and hotel in Oxfordshire.

The successful candidate will have a passion for holistic therapies, natural products, and wellbeing, and will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of customer service to our guests.

The Spa features 10 treatment rooms, 5 pools, a lounge, and bar, set in 60 acres of beautiful countryside. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Spa Team and Managers to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a luxury Spa environment, and will be qualified to level 2 and level 3 beauty/Spa VTCT or NVQ. They will also have excellent verbal and communication skills, and a keen interest in holistic therapies and wellbeing.

The role offers a great basic salary of £30,000 per annum plus gratuities, 22 days holiday, excluding bank holidays, pension, and life assurance. Meals on duty, uniform laundered in-house, and a shuttle bus to and from the Oxfordshire area are also included.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and progress internally, and will be part of a team that values collaboration and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests to the Spa, ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed
  • Consult with guests to understand their needs and preferences for Spa treatments
  • Provide a wide range of treatments as set out by the Treatments Manager
  • Ensure treatments are clean, well-stocked, and well-prepared for guests
  • Uphold the Spa's standards for cleanliness and hygiene
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and techniques
  • Attend meetings and training as requested by the Treatments Manager
  • Promote and sell Spa products and services to guests

About You:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a luxury Spa environment
  • Qualified to level 2 and level 3 beauty/Spa VTCT or NVQ
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Keen interest in holistic therapies and wellbeing
  • Experienced in delivering exceptional levels of customer service
