Finance Manager

Up to £65,000 - Ramsbury, Wiltshire

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our transactional accounting team at our Ramsbury site. As a key member of the Management Team, you will provide real-time financial support and drive decisions that impact the success of the site.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and develop the transactional accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  2. Partner with the Management Team to provide financial analysis and support, driving business decisions and growth.
  3. Oversee year-end reporting and manage legal entity audits to maintain a robust control environment.
  4. Provide hands-on support during busy periods, including cash and invoice postings, VAT, and ad-hoc duties.
  5. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and manage projects as required to drive business improvement.

  1. Experience with system implementation and process improvement.
  2. Willingness to travel as required to support business needs.
