Financial Leadership Position

At Gentell, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our transactional accounting team at our Ramsbury site. As a key member of our Management Team, you will provide real-time financial support, driving decisions that impact the success of the site. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial reports, as well as continuous improvement of processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the transactional accounting team.
Partner with the Management Team to provide financial analysis and support.
Oversee year-end reporting and manage legal entity audits.
Maintain a robust control environment within finance and across the business.
Provide hands-on support during busy periods, including cash and invoice postings, VAT, and ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:
Has experience managing teams in a finance role.
Possesses strong technical accounting skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
Is familiar with ERP systems like SAP, SAGE, or BCP.
Experience with system implementation.
Willingness to travel as required.
