About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategy Consultant to join our team at Anson McCade. As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting the UK's defence, intelligence, and military agency clients in navigating complex strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and technology investments for the UK Government.
  • Analyse complex defence and security projects, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to drive innovation and adapt to disruptions in the defence and security sector.
  • Generate insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • British Passport Holder with active DV (Developed Vetting Clearance).
  • Previous experience in a strategic consultant role within Defence & Security.
  • Proven track record of high-level strategic decision-making on complex defence & security projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to carry out analysis and generate insights and recommendations.
  • Understanding of complex commercial procurements in Defence, major capital projects, or analogous industries.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary: £45,000 - £75,000 (dependent on experience).
  • Annual bonus: 5%-10%.
  • DV Bonus: £6,000 - £7,000.
