About the Role:

The Client Services Manager position is a crucial role at our agency, working within the Client Services Team. Responsibilities include client management, account development, and overseeing project delivery for our largest account and other accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the project life cycle and be able to lead and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities:

General:

  • Be a reliable member of the Client Services Team
  • Prioritize daily workload and monitor progress
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and mentor junior team members

Account:

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients
  • Maintain client relationships and work on client satisfaction
  • Support the Client Services Team with account management

Project:

  • Manage project budgets and internal processes
  • Lead project team meetings and presentations
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience in office programs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position at 160over90
  • Standard working hours, Monday to Friday
  • Occasional travel and weekend work required
