We are seeking a reliable and experienced Hostel Support Worker to join our team at Essential Employment. This is a temporary role initially for 3 months, working full-time hours.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing assistance to guests across two locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in tenancy and homelessness support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work a shift on a rota covering Monday to Sunday, 4:45pm to Midnight, and Monday to Friday, 4:45pm to 9:15am
  • Provide support to guests at both locations, including assistance with daily tasks and addressing any concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
