About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker/Phlebotomist to join our team at The Willow Group, a forward-thinking GP group providing primary care services for 50,000 patients across 5 local sites in Gosport.

As a core member of our practice team, you will provide physical and psychological care to patients in accordance with the specified plan of care and as directed by a registered nurse or other qualified practitioner.

You will work to provide person-centred and safe care to all patients, accurately recording and reporting patient information to the registered nurse in a timely manner and in line with agreed procedures.
