About the Role

This is a critical position that involves managing procurement categories, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives. As a key member of our procurement team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless execution of procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage procurement categories, including onboarding new suppliers, negotiating contracts, and conducting market research.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and departmental teams.
  • Analyse data to inform procurement decisions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare project status documents and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • CIPS Level 4 certification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
