Technical Training Planning Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a customer-focused planning process to deliver blended learning experiences that meet client needs.
  • Support the design and development of learning solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
  • Liaise with the Global Technical Training Team and stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with business areas to ensure compliance, regulatory, and safety training is scheduled on-time.
  • Provide system support for the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accuracy of LMS data and providing training compliance management information.
  • Generate and analyze reports from LMS data to meet customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • Competent in the use of desktop packages such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Experience in quality management and administration is preferable.
  • Wide business/technical knowledge gained through experience.
