About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at North Cardiff Medical Centre. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls and responding to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Making appointments and managing the reception workload in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing administrative support to the clinical team, including data entry and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Assisting with the prescribing process and issuing prescriptions as required.
- Dealing with patient queries and concerns in a empathetic and professional manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
