We are seeking a skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at North Cardiff Medical Centre. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone calls and responding to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Making appointments and managing the reception workload in a timely and efficient manner.
