Water Activities Instructor Opportunity at Fusion Lifestyle

We are currently seeking a Water Activities Instructor to lead adult and child swimming lessons on Friday mornings. This exciting role offers a chance to share your passion for water-based activities and contribute to the development of our swim lesson programme. As a Water Activities Instructor, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse customer needs, ensuring a positive and safe learning environment for all participants.

The ideal candidate will possess a Swim England Level 2 Qualification or equivalent, along with experience teaching diverse customers. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and delivering lesson plans aligned with the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS.
  • Maintaining compliance with the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct, and reporting any child safeguarding concerns.
  • DELIVERING LESSONS SAFELY AND EFFECTIVELY, IN LINE WITH REGULATIONS AND GUIDANCE.
In exchange for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary, estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
