Based out of their Farnborough office, this IT Support Agent position requires working on a shift basis from Monday to Friday, between 6am and 8.30pm. The company offers a competitive salary of up to £29,000, along with a bonus.

As an IT Support Agent at iO Associates, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services. You will provide technical support via phone, the IT self-service portal, and in-person, managing day-to-day requests and incidents while maintaining the efficiency of the organization's IT infrastructure.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing first and second-line technical support
  • Logging, updating, and managing all support requests in the IT call logging system
  • Managing software licenses, including ordering and distribution
  • Maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company and customer information
  • Allocating technical issues to the relevant resolver teams and overseeing incidents through to resolution

To be successful in this position, you will require prior experience in an IT service desk environment, proficiency with Office 365 and Microsoft Azure, a solid understanding of mobile telephony and smart devices, and excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
