Marketing and Communications Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team at OnetoOne Personnel. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for establishing and promoting a creative centre of excellence within the department, revolutionising all aspects of our marketing and communications.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to reach and engage target audiences through multi-channel approaches, including digital, social media, PR, email, and more.

* Create compelling content, such as blog posts, videos, and social media posts, that showcases our unique experiences and brand values.

* Collaborate with the admissions team to support conversion of enquiry through to enrolment through outstanding levels of customer service and communication.

* Ensure market research and intelligence are underpinning elements to the marketing strategy and the evaluation of impact of the strategy.

* Identify emerging issues of significance in terms of our reputation and the impact on our key audiences and partners.

* Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect our brand's reputation in challenging situations.

* Lead on the development of our web presence and the future development of our website.

* Produce a wide range of customer-focused online copy that is highly ranked on search engines.

**Requirements**

* A degree or professional qualification or equivalent experience.

* A certificate in marketing or similar Level 4 qualification.

* Social media experience with a proven ability to analyse data, formulate messaging, and communicate information effectively with audiences.

* Experience of creating brand identity and managing a budget.

* Strong proficiency in understanding traditional and emerging communication channels.

* Experience of aligning operational activities with strategic goals.

**What We Offer**

* A salary of £33,000.

* 37 hours per week with Fridays working from home.
