Job Opportunity for Recent Graduates

Strategy Education is seeking recent graduates to work as Cover Supervisors and Teaching Assistants in schools throughout East Anglia. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classrooms and supporting students in various subjects. As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide additional support to students in secondary schools, focusing on individual and small group learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage classrooms and support students in different subjects
  • Provide additional support to students in secondary schools, focusing on individual and small group learning
  • Support and advance the learning of mainstream and SEND pupils
Requirements:
  • Be educated to degree level
  • Have recent and relevant experience in the UK, showcasing knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Be highly adaptable, with no regular timetable
  • Have excellent classroom management skills
