Our company, RPS Group, is looking for an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our Marine Consenting & Environment business unit, you will be responsible for leading by example and ensuring that a proactive Health & Safety culture is fostered and embedded across our projects.

The successful candidate will have a nationally (or internationally) industry-recognised health & safety qualification and experience in developing, maintaining and auditing ISO compliant management systems. They will also have experience of providing HSEQ guidance, supporting field survey planning and operations offshore and occasionally onshore.

The salary for this role is estimated to be £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.

In this role, you will work closely with our project teams to ensure that their projects are contractually HSEQ compliant throughout the project lifecycle. You will identify areas of risk and employ mitigations to reduce the potential of HSEQ negative impacts on our project portfolios.
