Care Manager

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Branch Manager to lead our DCA Office in Powys. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of life for the individuals we support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including developing and implementing person-centered support plans.
- Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions and appraisals.
- Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Effectively manage the service's P&L and lead a team to deliver positive outcomes for the individuals we support.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CIW registered manager or in a care management role.
- Willingness and ability to undertake CIW registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviors.
