Lead Our DCA Office in Powys

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Branch Manager to join our team in Powys. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our DCA Office and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including developing and implementing person-centred support plans.
  • Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions and appraisals.
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Manage the service's P&L and ensure effective financial management.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a CIW registered manager or in a care management role.
  • Willingness and ability to undertake CIW registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviours.
