Career Opportunity: Adult Mental Health Care Professional
We are seeking a skilled Adult Mental Health Care Professional to join our team in Newham. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and provide support to individuals in acute mental health crises.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting mental health and social care assessments under the Care Act 2014
- Developing and implementing person-centered care plans
- Supporting individuals in acute mental health crises
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience in Adults Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker
Contract Details:
The successful candidate will receive £35.99 per hour (assignment rate) and work full-time hours for a 3-month contract.
