About the RoleWe are looking for a Family Solicitor to join our client on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in family law and be able to provide expert advice and representation to clients in relation to relationship breakdown, including domestic violence, child arrangements, and applications to take a child out of the country.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and representation to clients in relation to family law matters
- Conduct court proceedings and negotiations with opposing parties
- Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
- Work closely with other members of the team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
