We are excited to be working with a rapidly growing business who have a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Support Specialist to join their expanding team based in Hemel Hempstead.

As an Executive Support Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with the company's COO, providing key support and managing all aspects of daily operations, including managing schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and handling sensitive data.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, hands-on, and able to assist with anything from supporting the team to assisting with big company projects and keeping on top of the COO's busy schedule. Previous experience within an EA/PA role is a must

This is a permanent role paying between £35,000 to £45,000, working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the COO in executing day-to-day operations by managing their agenda, tracking progress on projects, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Oversee and track key projects led by the COO, ensuring progress is reported and tasks are completed.
  • Manage diaries, arrange meetings, appointments, webinars, and conference calls with precision and accuracy.
  • Organise and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the COO.
  • Plan and arrange company events and activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within an EA/PA role.
  • Highly organised and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
