Job Summary:

The Specialist Rehabilitation and Mobility Centre Administrator will play a crucial role in facilitating the provision of wheelchairs and associated equipment to service users throughout North Cumbria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process wheelchair referrals and communicate effectively with service users and colleagues.
  • Book clinical appointments, including on-site and domiciliary visits, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
  • Manage equipment stock levels, including ordering and tracking, and coordinate with the approved repairer to ensure all necessary inspections are completed.
  • Provide reception cover for the Centre as part of a rota and maintain accurate records of equipment and appointments.
