About the Job: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Facilities Maintenance Coordinator at Hovis Ltd. As a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the facility are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the work of contractors and internal teams to ensure that all maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the facilities department.
  • Manage in-house pest control and coordinate site shutdown cleaning programs with the site management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading a team within a facilities or maintenance department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
