As a seasoned professional in the retail industry, you will have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by our clients. With a strong focus on relationship-building and communication, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing specific areas within a well-established account with a value of £10m, working closely with the internal customer team to ensure successful project execution, creating and negotiating strategic KPIs and SLAs, and developing trusted advisor relationships with clients across multiple decision-makers.

Salary: £72,500 - £82,500 per annum

About the Role:
As a Client Success Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the long-term success of our clients. With a proven track record of developing and growing key accounts, you will leverage your influencing skills and persuasive manner to get others to 'buy in' to your ideas. Your ability to analyze performance metrics and use category data to support key decisions will be essential in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage specific areas within a well-established account with a value of £10m
• Work closely with the internal customer team to ensure successful project execution
• Create, negotiate, and implement strategic KPIs and SLAs
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients across multiple decision-makers
• Engage with product development teams to deliver compelling, customer-specific propositions

Requirements:
• Proven track record of developing and growing key accounts with multi-million £ spends
• Understanding of the challenges of multiple location accounts (local, regional, head office)
• Tenacity and drive in approaching and engaging with clients
• Influencing skills and persuasive manner, ability to get others to 'buy in'

Location:
This is a hybrid/field-based role, allowing you to balance time spent with customers and time visiting stores, as well as time for planning and administration from home. The role is commutable from Barnsley, Bradford, Leeds, Doncaster, York, Huddersfield, Manchester, Sheffield, and Nottingham.
