We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our Northampton office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure continued business and identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that support sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus commission.
