Country Clothing Department Head

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Country Clothing Department Head to lead our menswear team in our iconic heritage brand store in London.
About the Role:- Manage a team of sales associates and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory control processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and build loyalty through excellent customer service.
- Sell high-quality menswear products and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure excellent store presentation and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in menswear retail management or senior sales roles.
- Demonstrated success in selling to discerning clients and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits package including clothing allowance, commission, bonus, and discount.
