Environmental Compliance Officer

APCOA Parking UK is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Environmental Enforcement Officer to join our team in Hounslow. As an Environmental Enforcement Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and environmental standards of our local community.
Key Responsibilities:- Enforce environmental laws and regulations within the local area, ensuring compliance with local bye-laws and regulations.
- Monitor and investigate reports of littering, fly tipping, and dog fouling, taking appropriate action to prevent and mitigate these issues.
- Prepare and submit cases for trial, working closely with legal services to present evidence and testify in court as needed.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of green services, including cleansing and waste collection, to effectively enforce environmental standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to complaints and resolving complex issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Hold a full clean driving licence, with a strong understanding of road safety and traffic laws.
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.
