Environmental Enforcement Officer

APCOA Parking UK is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Environmental Enforcement Officer to join our team. As an Environmental Enforcement Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and environmental standards of our local area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce environmental laws and regulations within the designated area, ensuring compliance with local bye-laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and investigate reports of littering, fly tipping, and dog fouling, taking appropriate action to prevent and mitigate these issues.
  • Prepare and submit cases for trial, working closely with legal services to present evidence and testify as a witness when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of green services, including cleansing and waste collection, to effectively enforce environmental standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to complaints and resolving complex issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Hold a full clean driving licence, with the ability to drive company vehicles as required.
