Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, including pre and post-operative care, medication administration, and wound management.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on health-related topics.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
