Senior IBA Manager

HFG is seeking a highly skilled IBA Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IBA team, you will be responsible for ensuring premiums are collected on time from clients, reconciling funds received with accounting entries, and making payments to markets promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Claims Team to collect claims monies when due and pay them to clients promptly.
  2. Ensure IBA processes are followed and controls operate effectively.
  3. Prepare accurate and timely client, underwriter, and third-party statements.
  4. Conduct monthly credit control meetings with the business and prepare quarterly IBA Reports.
  5. Lead a team of 6 IBA professionals, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
  6. Assist in implementing team and company initiatives and strategies.

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive experience in IBA and experience managing a Credit Control/IBA team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
