Job Overview

About the Role
  • Proactively manage company debtor debts, using effective communication channels to pursue payments.
  • Evaluate credit requests, conduct credit checks, and set up credit terms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth account management.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a commercial credit and collections department, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of billing systems and billing cycle management.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and manage outstanding debts through various communication methods.
  • Process new credit requests, perform credit checks, and establish credit limits.
  • Coordinate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Analyze and report on overdue accounts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in debt recovery or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £25-27k per annum, depending on experience.
