We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Southern Water, responsible for managing projects related to Health Safety Security and Wellbeing (HSSW) within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project schedules and cost profiles, including routine monitoring of project costs and budgets.
- Lead project steering groups and ensure robust governance processes are in place.
- Hold stakeholders accountable against agreed timelines.
- Identify and analyze risks and issues, ensuring each has an owner with appropriate mitigations.
- Produce project reports, providing key management information for senior leaders to make informed decisions.
- Create and deliver a Security Access Control System project to fit new hardware and security processes across the estate.
- Integrate the above ACS with enterprise safety data, linking access to safety control measures.
- Establish a project to provide emergency and routine security and safety information to colleagues.
- Plan and supervise a contracted project to conduct Security Risk Assessments (SRAs) and security asset audits across the estate.
- Support a project to roll out a companywide induction project.
- Help configure our IT systems and processes to better manage security and safety data.
- APMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience working on security and safety projects.
- Experience delivering multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in the water, utility, or security industries.
