Marketing Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our marketing division at You Recruit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, brochures, and social media content.
  • Help manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating, scheduling, and posting content, as well as engaging with followers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining marketing databases, preparing reports, and coordinating with vendors and partners.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing reports, and suggesting improvements based on data insights.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
  • Experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services industry is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software, Google Analytics).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
