About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our marketing division at You Recruit. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, and conducting market research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, executing, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising and content creation.
  • Content Creation: Support the creation and editing of marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, brochures, and social media content.
  • Social Media Management: Help manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating, scheduling, and posting content, as well as engaging with followers and using marketing day-to-day software and tools.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Assist in gathering and analyzing data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as maintaining marketing databases, preparing reports, and coordinating with vendors and partners.
  • Brand Management: Assist in the creation of the Brand Guidelines. Implement and manage once created. Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.
  • Analytical Support: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing reports, and suggesting improvements based on data insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support various marketing initiatives and projects.
Requirements
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
  • Experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services industry is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software, Google Analytics).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of financial services and products is a plus.
