About the Role

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic bus drivers to join our team at our Spalding depot. As a bus driver with Stagecoach East Midlands, you will be responsible for safely transporting our customers to their destinations, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest standards of safety and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a bus safely and efficiently, following all traffic laws and regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensure the bus is clean and tidy, and that all safety equipment is in good working order
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure the bus is roadworthy and safe to operate
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and depot staff to achieve team goals and objectives

  • A competitive salary of £29,000 after initial training period

Requirements
  • Be 18 years old or over
  • Hold a valid driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Have a patient, safe, and courteous approach to driving
  • Be able to work a variety of shift patterns, including evenings and weekends
