Job Title: Facilities Administration Specialist

Location: Trowbridge and surrounding areas

Salary: £25,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Administration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills and be able to provide administrative support to the facilities management team.

The role involves coordinating facilities management activities, including scheduling maintenance and repairs, preparing reports and documents, and providing administrative support to the facilities management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate facilities management activities
  • Schedule maintenance and repairs
  • Prepare reports and documents

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. facilities management, building services engineering)
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

Estimated Salary Range: £24,000 - £29,000 per annum
