Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective community engagement strategies to promote healthy lifestyles and well-being.
  • Work closely with local stakeholders to identify community needs and develop targeted programs to address them.
  • Manage and deliver Healthy Communities sessions, ensuring high-quality outcomes and impact.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager and local operation teams to secure funding and resources for community projects.
  • Communicate the program's impact to internal and external stakeholders, enhancing Places Leisure's reputation and visibility.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving the health and well-being of local communities. You will have a strong understanding of the local sports and health landscape, as well as experience in community development, public health, or leisure settings. Proficient in MS tools, you will be able to assess community needs and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
