Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community Manager. As a key player in our mission, you will work collaboratively with the Area Healthy Communities Manager to create, implement, and review the Healthy Communities plan, ensuring it meets the needs of local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective community engagement strategies to promote healthy lifestyles and community development.
- Work closely with local stakeholders, including community groups, schools, and healthcare providers, to deliver impactful programs and services.
- Manage and coordinate community events, workshops, and activities to promote health and wellbeing.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community programs and services, making recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and local operation teams to secure funding and resources to support community initiatives.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of local communities, with a keen awareness of the local sports and health landscape. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse audiences. Proficiency in MS tools and experience with data handling, reporting, and monitoring are also essential.
