About the Role

McBride Sport is seeking a highly skilled Product Licensing Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with licensing partners within the Williams Racing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Licensing Partnership Management: Collaborate with the Licensing Manager to develop and execute licensing strategies that drive commercial success.
  • Strategic Development: Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for license partnerships that align with our client's objectives.
  • IP Rights Management: Oversee the process for IP rights, design, development, production reviews, and approvals to ensure seamless execution.
  • Commercial Opportunities: Identify and convert commercial and brand opportunities to strengthen partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • Business Planning: Develop and execute partner business plans, including strategy, activation, engagement, and measurement to ensure alignment with our client's goals.
  • Global Stakeholder Relations: Manage designated accounts and maintain relationships with global stakeholders within partner companies to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven track record in partnership management and brand extensions, with knowledge of core licensing and marketing principles.
  • Marketing Expertise: Experience in building and executing marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to understand partners' business drivers and strategies, and to prioritize workload effectively to meet business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in IT packages, particularly the MS Office suite, to efficiently manage tasks and data.
  • Passion for Sports: A deep knowledge of and passion for consumer products, sport, and entertainment to drive innovative licensing strategies.
